Fourth of July Recipe Tips

Our recent newsletter survey revealed that many of our patients are looking for ways to make better food choices. To help with this, Dr. Nabzdyk and Kathy Nabzdyk are sharing some of the tips they have used to incorporate healthier food choices for their family.

Home Remedies for the Summer

Here are a couple tips to help you and your kids with a couple of common maladies this summer.

Playing ball outside and your child falls and scrapes his or her knee? Instead of reaching for the antiseptic spray that stings and is filled with harsh chemicals, try CALENDULA. This gentle and soothing herb is very effective on burns and scrapes. Various creams, gels, and ointments containing Calendula are usually available and can be directly applied to the injured area.
