With thousands of U.S. troops deployed around the world, once again America needs our help to support the troops serving our country. Our office wishes to recognize these unsung heroes by helping supply calling cards for our soldiers overseas. WE HAVE DECIDED TO GIVE OUR TIME AND SERVICES TO NEW PATIENTS IN EXCHANGE FOR DONATIONS TO THE JOLIET VFW.

During the month of July we will be offering your initial examination in exchange for a $35.00 minimum donation to the Joliet VFW.
 
EXISTING PATIENTS
During the month of July you may receive treatment one time in exchange for a minimum donation of $25.00 to the Joliet VFW.
